The filter design software provides a simple means to design filters for RSPs and TSPs. The software tool kit consists of the SoftCell Filter Design tool and quick start documentation for the SoftCell Filter Design tool. This software allows for easy comparison of filters with different distributions of decimations between each of the filtering stages (rCIC2, CIC5, RCF, etc).
